  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • Our team will review and assist with a replacement or resolution.


7. International Shipping

  • At this time, ADEMODE ships only within India.
