1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India.
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Our team will review and assist with a replacement or resolution.

7. International Shipping

At this time, ADEMODE ships only within India.
