A. Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

A. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A. No

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes, we provide free shipping on orders above 999 during special promotions.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return a product?
A. Returns are accepted only for defective items. Customers must share photos of the defect within 48 hours of delivery for review.
Q. Can I exchange my order?
A. Yes! We allow size and color exchanges, subject to availability. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Q. Who pays for exchange shipping?
A. Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs (except for defective items).

Q. Will the product look exactly like the photos?
A. We use high-quality images, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
