At ADEMODE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns (Defective Items Only)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.

  • Customers must share clear photos of the defective item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@ademode.com

  • ADEMODE reserves the right to review the claim and decide whether the item qualifies for return.

  • If approved, you may receive a replacement or refund as per our assessment.


2. Exchanges (Size & Color)

  • We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale/discount, customized items, and accessories (e.g., caps, socks) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


4. Process

  1. Contact our team at support@ademode.com within 48 hours (for defects) or within 7 days (for exchanges).

  2. Share your order details and product photos.

  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending back any item.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
